Terms of Use for Calco

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Calco mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. License

The materials contained in this application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Calco's application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Calco's application;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Calco provides general fitness, exercise, and nutrition information for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie targets, BMI results, and workout recommendations are estimates. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition. You exercise at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions

Calco offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same plan and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Calco or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in Calco's application, even if Calco or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this application you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
